Return | Exchange | Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange and or refund. Returns must be delivered back to us within that 14 days from the date your order was delivered for refund. Please enclose the packing slip and receipt you originally received along with your return.


To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags still intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.| NO EXCEPTIONS; NO RECEIPT | NO TAGS | NO RETURN!

To start any return, exchange and or refund, you must contact us at aperfectbloom@yahoo.com. Upon receiving your email, we will start the process and send instructions on how and where to send your package. When issuing a refund we will refund the items cost plus the applicable taxes paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs nor lost or stolen packages. We do not provide return labels.

Damages | Issues

Please inspect all items in your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if any item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. You have 3 days upon receiving you order to claim any and all issues/damages.

Exceptions | Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food products, custom ordered products, and personal care goods (such as lotions, bath bombs, chapstick etc.). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on any sale items and or gift cards/certificates. All sale items with a discount of 25% or more will be considered all sales final!

Exchanges  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and received at the store, we will issue the exchange. If you are exchanging sizes of any item, once the process is started we will pull the new size if available and upon receiving the returned size we will ship out your exchange. We cannot always guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs.

Refunds 

All refunds will be returned via payment method received for your order. For example; if you paid with a credit/debit card your refund will be issued back to your credit/debit card.

If returning via in store, your refund will be initiated immediately. Please then allow 5-7 business days for your refund to show through your banking establishment. 

If returning via mail please allow 1-2 business days after your return has arrived in store for your return to be initiated. Please then allow 5-7 business days for your refund to show through your banking establishment.
